Great to see a busy leader like Rod Dillon help another leader Iolanda Trovatello. This is what makes our organisation so great. Not only that we give, but also that we care.

Stop wishing for top salespeople. Develop the art of creating top salespeople. That's the difference between a fish for the day and mastering the art of fishing, I guessed.

What a tough week. I could easily make a decision that protects the organisation. Instead, I will stick with what is right. Real estate is a small business. Going for what is right will pay off.

No one enjoys talking tough to friends. But when they thank you for helping them, you know it's all worth it. And more so, you feel relieved that your advice is reliable. Thanks Dean Webb.
