Huy Nguyen, who is only 26 years of age owns CrossFit Never Quit in Prestons. He also owns an apparel business, NVQT and is a CrossFit athlete. Huy explains that it is okay to be lost and not know where you are heading, as he too was lost. He mentions that everything happens for a reason and that you must push forward until everything falls into place. Huy stresses that you must be okay with taking risks. Accept that you may fall, but you also may not. He states that you miss 100% of the shots you do not take. If you do not take risks, that is the biggest risk of all.
