While some took a step back in 2020, it was a year of immense growth for Louise Fleming, director at Wiseberry Port Macquarie and Wiseberry Forster, who took out the title of Most Improved Leader at the 2020 Wiseberry Awards. Louise joins Thomas from a beautiful holiday rental in Port Macquarie, where she shares her inspirational journey and some of the adversities she had to overcome in order to become the person she is today. As Louise explains, “I don’t know a whole lot of success or amazing things, but I do know struggle and uncertainty, and that tough times require you to dig deep.”
